MODALITIES OF REGISTRATION 2024
A) ACTIVE 250€ (limited number of students).
- Each Active student will receive a total of three lessons with three different teachers, being able to attend as listener to all the others.
- Students will be able to express their two teacher preferences on the Application Form. The Festival organization will assign the third teacher and will try to satisfy every student´s request when possible.
- Each Active student may also participate in the Competition.
B) LISTENER + COMPETITION 250 €.
C) LISTENER (without competition) 150 € (without limited number of students).
METHOD OF PAYMENT
- Participants will be admitted and receive confirmation of your place upon receipt bank transfer to the account of Festival.
- Participants must complete the application and make payment to the following account:

Closing date 22th of July (Active): 29th of July (Listener).
After this date, the amount of the registration will not be given back even though you do not attend the Course and Competition.
When the Course has finished, all the participants will receive an attendance diploma.

The "Authorization" pdf document must be downloaded, completed and signed by the parents or legal guardians of students under 18 years of age, and delivered to the organization when they arrive in Coria to begin the Festival, in August 2024.
FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE COMPETITIONS:
I DECLARE UNDER MY RESPONSIBILITY
Have the status of beneficiary in accordance with the Law.
Be up to date in compliance with tax obligations with the State Treasury, those corresponding to the Coria City Council and with Social Security, imposed by current legal provisions.
Not be involved in a subsidy reimbursement procedure, and be up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies.
Not be subject to any of the circumstances included in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, nor 12 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidy.
Accept as a representative and/or participant in said contest my knowledge and acceptance of the published rules.
Accept, in the same way, that non-compliance with the rules would mean the withdrawal of the prizes awarded.
Accept the obligatory commitment that participation in said contest entails: the transfer of the exploitation rights of the images and audiovisual recordings made in said contest, as well as their promotional dissemination without any time limitation, in order to be able to develop one's own Hon. Coria City Council the promotional marketing strategies they have designed.
Accept the obligatory commitment of the transfer of the rights of reproduction and exploitation of the works carried out by the participants for the different promotional marketing strategies designed by the Hon. Coria City Council, but maintaining the intellectual property of its authors.
